Shipping Policy

*PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19 + CHRISTMAS*

Please order as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment of them not reaching you in time for Christmas - this is Royal Mail’s busiest time of year so delays + late delivery times are very much expected. We are working very hard here at RGC HQ in order to get your magical orders out as fast as we can, however once we’ve sent them off at the post office, the delivery time is out of our control ❤️

We currently only offer national UK delivery for our products. We ship our products via Royal Mail (which is currently experiencing some delays due to Covid-19).

 

The price of standard shipping of orders under 2kg to mainland UK is £4.50. Any parcels over 2kg being shipped to mainland UK is £9.99.

We also offer 48 Hour Tracked Delivery (which will arrive 48 hours after we post your order)*. Prices for this service range from £9-£15 depending on the weight of your order- this is automatically calculated at checkout. We highly recommend using 48 Hour Tracked Delivery for orders over £50.

* Please note: If you place an order on a Saturday using 48 Hour Tracked Delivery, your order will be posted to you the following Monday (Bank Holidays excluded)

Your beautiful crystals will be posted to you 2-4 days after you have placed your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you absolutely love everything that you purchase from us here at Rock Goddess Crystals! Being a small business, we love talking to our customers and getting to know everyone who supports our brand, so if you are unhappy with a product for a valid reason, we will take the following measures to try and help you:

Returns

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, we will refund your unused purchase once it has been safely returned to us within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order numberOutside of this time-frame, or without a valid receipt, we cannot offer a refund.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the delivery to return products back to us; you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item; if we don't, we will not be able to process a refund.

Please note that various types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as any items in the sale, sage & palo santo.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we can not offer exchanges for products, as each crystal is unique and individual. If you want another product after returning one, please place a new order.
